Ronmark Property Administration (Pty) Ltd originated in 2003 when the family investment company expressed the desire to administer and maintain the property portfolio in-house.
Through the years the company has expanded its horizons by the introduction of the sale of pre-paid electricity which provides tenants with an opportunity to manage and take control of their own electricity usage.
Ronmark Property Administration has also, on behalf of the family Investment Group, expanded the portfolio with new residential developments.
